Had dinner tonight in Norfolk and I would rate this establishment out of a possible 1 out of 10 a 12.5+. I have had great Italian over the years (including my trips to Italy) but this chief makes the real flavors come alive! Thank You Chef Tony!!! Best of the Best!!!
